The club is going to electronic waiver system to make complete the guest waiver easier. The guest will receive a confirmation via email that they have competed the waiver

You have the option to pay online but you can still pay in cash using one of the guest boxes at the club. There is one now inside the clubhouse.

There are links on the club website (atlantaconservationclub.com). One is on the lower left of every page, there is also a link under the Range Rule tab.

We will be installing signs with a QR code that will take you to that page. There is also a kiosk inside the clubhouse that you can use to complete the waiver.

The 2023 ACC Board of Directors would like to thank our outgoing directors -- Joe Emerick, Kyle Munn, and Katie Riley -- for their support over the last three years, as their term on the Board ends on December 31, 2023.

Based upon the results of the election during the November Board & Membership meeting (November 13, 2023), we welcome Jeff Brown, Jeff Detrick, and Jonathan Hunt to the Board, starting January 1st, for the 2024-2026 term.

The November Board of Directors & Membership meeting will be held Monday, November 13, 7-9PM.  The meeting was intended to be in-person at the clubhouse, but due to a delay in certificate of occupancy, we will be unable to do so.  As such, this meeting will be Zoom only & the 2024 Board election will be conducted electronically, in alignment to Bylaw requirements.  

Zoom information has been sent out.  Please contact the secretary if there are any questions.

The range will be closed on October 5-7 for the 2023 Indiana State IDPA Championship.  The range will re-open for full member usage on Sunday October 8.

The Board & Match Direction Team appreciates your understanding during this time.  

The range will be closed for week treatment on Tuesday, July 18 from 7AM till noon.  The range will re-open for member use on Tuesday afternoon.

Due to the weather -- projected sub-zero wind-chill at match start and potential for ice on the range -- the MD team has decided to cancel the February 4th IDPA match.

If you have registered for the match, please check your email for information about registration. As a note, we are planning to hold our annual Spring Classifier during the March match.

The November BOD meeting will be held Monday, November 14, 7-9PM. This meeting will be in-person, and will be held at the Tipton County Fairgrounds -- 1200 S Main St, Tipton, IN 46072.

We encourage all members to attend this in person meeting in order to vote for the two open Board of Directors positions. Members must be present to vote, and at this time we do not anticipate having an open Zoom call.
