    Clubhouse Construction Update

Based upon communication from our general contractor, Jed Kidwell, demolition for the clubhouse renovation is targeted to being before this week is out.  At this time, it is anticipated that only the area directly surrounding the clubhouse will be impacted; the dumpster, safe table beside the Annex, and mailbox for waivers will continue to be accessible.  We request that everyone continue to use the electronic gate as the main way into and out of the club, and to give the construction team room.  Once construction is fully underway, we will update the membership as possible on construction status and any other access restrictions to that area that may occur.  We would like to thank everyone for their patience as we have worked to get this project started despite repeated setbacks and delays.  Hopefully within the coming months we will have a fully renovated clubhouse for the membership to utilize and enjoy.

    Gate Update

On Wednesday, Jan 12, we had a repair technician out to look at the gate.  He needed to order parts and repair will be completed once those arrive.  Until that repair can be completed, please use caution when entering and make sure that the gate is staying up before you proceed through.  We will update once it has been repaired.

The Board thanks everyone for their patience on these topics and apologies for any inconvenience that they may cause the membership.  Please reach out to a board member or officer with any questions.

The automatic entry gate currently is experiencing intermittent malfunctions.  It is occasionally cycling up & down multiple times before it stays up.  Please be careful when entering the club and ensure that the gate arm is staying up before proceeding through.

We have a repair appointment scheduled for Wednesday.  Updates will be provided as soon as possible after that is completed.
